答案及解析
1. 原文译文:我觉得你的建议将有助于解决这个问题。
  解析:contribute to起作用,有助于,促成，to是介词，后面加sth或doing sth。
  所以正确答案应该选择A.
2.原文译文:为防止万一发生堵车,我今天早晨比平时上班去的早.
  解析:in line with符合,for the sake of为了,in case of假设, 万一,at the risk of
  冒...之危险. 所以正确答案应该选择C.
3.原文译文:由于恶劣的气候条件,有些地区很少有人居住.
  解析:due to由于, 应归于,in spite of不管, but for要不是,with regard to关于.
  所以正确答案应该选择A.
4. 原文译文:拐弯处,我们发现下坡路很陡.
  解析:depart离开, 起程, descend递减,向下倾斜,decrease减少,depress使沮丧, 使消沉.
  所以正确答案应该选择B.

老师我想请问It　is  high  time 和it  is  frist  time 的谓语动词用法一样吗?用动词的一般过去式,对吗?请告知.谢谢

两者的用法不同。
1. It　is ( high)  time that...句型中, 定语从句的谓语动词用过去式或should+动词原形（其中should不能省略）。此句型意为“（现在）该...”用来表示建议。
如：It is (high) time that you went to school.
       It is (high) time that we should start out.
2.It  is  frist  time 后面则常用完成时。

我的经验是:词汇要多做题,找感觉.当然一定要认识选词呀.我大概做了600多道词汇题,但还是不能完全答对.:'(
