b 树枝很难支撑果实的重量。
a这个显微镜 可以发大物体100倍。
c 旅游者被问了一些关于控制制度的问题？（实在翻译不出来了）
d 他参加了这么多的工作，以至于根本不可能有效的工作。

1.partial   ,    preference
partial 部分的, 局部的, 偏袒的, 偏爱的，当“偏爱的”讲时，常用短语：be partial to对...偏爱; 对...特别喜欢。
preference偏爱, 优先选择，当“偏爱的”讲时，show/give...preference to
preference to /over 优先于。

2. rules ,  regulation ,  principle
rule：（官方的或公认的）规则，章程，规章条例，如：
It is agaist the rules to handle the ball in football.
regulation: an esp official rule or order, 如：
regulations governing the sale of guns.
principle：a moral rule or set of ideas which guides behavior.
3.prior to ,previous to:用法上没有什么区别。
