[size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]、报考者本人填写[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]《[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]2007[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]年在职人员攻读硕士学位资格审查表》（在我校研究生院主页或“学位中心”主页：[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn/scb.zip[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]下载）[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]贴本人近期二寸免冠照片[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]张，由考生所在单位人事部门在其照片上加盖公章，并对其所填写的内容进行审查确认，填写推荐意见。报考思想政治教育专业的专职辅导员，其资格审查表须由所在单位学生工作部门和人事部门共同填写推荐意见并加盖两部门公章。[/size][/font][size=9pt][/size]
