  1962年10月生,河北省阜城县人。民盟盟员、中央委员、中央经济委员会副主任、民盟市委副主委。第八、九届全国政协委员。中国人民大学工商管理学院教授、副院长、博士研究生导师、中国市场营销研究中心主任。
  1979年10月至1986年7月,中国人民大学贸易经济系本科生、硕士研究生。1993至1997年,中国人民大学经济学系博士研究生。1993年11月至1994年2月,加拿大麦吉尔大学高级访问学者。1996年,作为亚太地区代表当选为国际学术组织ISMD的常务理事。此外,还兼任国家审计署特约审计员,中国高校市场学研究会副会长,校务委员会委员、校学术委员会委员,北京统战理论研究会理事,解放军总后勤部军需发展科技发展特约顾问,中国嘉陵集团高级营销顾问等职务。
<B>讲授的主要课程有</B>:
  市场营销管理、市场营销思想史、国际市场营销、市场营销理论与实践。主要研究领域涉及市场营销理论、非营利组织管理、高技术企业管理、海峡两岸经贸关系、服务市场营销、国有企业改革与发展、事业单位管理体制改革等。
<B>主要学术著作有</B>:
  《市场营销管理:理论与模型》(国家教育委员会推荐教材,1997)、《市场营销学通论》(国家教委重点教材、教育部“面向21世纪课程教材 ”)、《成 “龙 ”的奥秘 :韩国经济起飞透析》(合著)、《市场营销理论》(合著)等。在国际学术会议及国外刊物发表论文6篇。
  曾获99’中国青年科技论坛优秀论文特等奖(1999)、北京市哲学社会科学优秀论著二等奖(1997)、中国人民大学优秀科研成果著作奖(1997)、霍英东教育基金会第五届高等院校青年教师奖二等奖(1996)、第五届市场营销与发展国际会议优秀论文奖(1995)、中国人民大学优秀研究生导师奖(1994)。

1.国家自然科学基金研究项目《国外非营利组织的发展及其管理研究》1998.9-1999.6

4.国家教育部社科“九五”规划研究项目《我国大中型企业营销国际化战略和策略研究》1998.9-2001.10
  曾在中共中央党校为国有大型企业领导讲授《市场营销管理》,并受国家经贸委的委托,主编《市场营销新论》,培训各省市经济管理干部学院的市场营销教师;受国家教育部的委托,培训全国各高等院校的市场营销教员。曾任北京铁路局、北京全聚德集团、中石化长城润滑油公司、青海西宁供电局等企业的市场营销咨询与培训顾问。
