[font=宋体][size=9pt] 法律硕士专业学位是具有特定法律职业背景的专业学位，主要为立法、司法、行政执法、法律服务与法律监督部门以及经济管理、行政管理和社会公共管理部门等各行各业培养高层次的应用型、复合型法律专门人才。法律硕士专业学位教育目的在于培养一大批既掌握本专业、又具备法律专业知识、能力和素质的高层次、基础宽的应用型、复合型法律人才。经国务院学位委员会批准，我校从[/size][/font][size=9pt]2005[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]年起开始招收法律硕士专业学位研究生。[/size][/font][size=9pt][/size][size=9pt] [/size]

[font=宋体][size=9pt] 国民教育序列大学本科毕业[/size][/font][size=9pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]一般应有学士学位[/size][/font][size=9pt])[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]、工龄[/size][/font][size=9pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]年以上[/size][/font][size=9pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]工作年限计算截止时间为[/size][/font][size=9pt]2007[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]年[/size][/font][size=9pt]7[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]月[/size][/font][size=9pt]31[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]日[/size][/font][size=9pt])[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]的法院、检察院、司法、政法委、公安等政法部门人员、人大系统干部以及有关部门从事法律实际工作者。[/size][/font][size=9pt][/size]
