[font=宋体][size=9pt] 国民教育序列大学本科毕业[/size][/font][size=9pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]一般应有学士学位[/size][/font][size=9pt])[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]、工龄[/size][/font][size=9pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]年以上的法院、检察院、司法、政法委、公安等政法部门人员、人大系统干部以及有关部门从事法律实际工作者；对于报考中国政法大学与国家法官学院、国家检察官学院联合培养的考生，同时必须具备高级法官、高级检察官资格或具有处级[/size][/font][size=9pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]含[/size][/font][size=9pt])[/size][font=宋体][size=9pt]以上行政级别的法院、检察院行政管理人员，并经所在单位政治部门推荐。[/size][/font][size=9pt][/size]
